Event details
In context of the TECH.LAND Xperience 2026, which is taking place on the 12th March 2026 at Halle Münsterland, an accompanying programme is organised for international deligations with a focus on energy technologies. The programme offers company visits, research insights and networking opportunities in Germany and the Netherlands, covering topics such as battery technologies, hydrogen, energy infrastructure and industrial transformation.
Participation is possible per individual day, multiple selections are allowed.
Please note that the programme is preliminary and subject to change. The visits mentioned serve as examples.
Travel information:
Participants are responsible for organising and covering the costs of their arrival and departure to and from Münster.
Local transport
Local group transport during the delegation programme will be organised by IHK Nord Westfalen and is free of charge for participants.
Accommodation
Hotel reservations will be organised by IHK Nord Westfalen at Stadthotel Münster.
- Approx. EUR 137 per night per person (incl. breakfast)
- Rooms are currently reserved from 9–13 March 2026
- Breakfast costs are to be covered by participants
Event tickets & networking
Participation in TECH.LAND Xperience is included. Registered participants will receive a ticket code in advance.
Catering
Depending on the final programme, meals may not always be included and may need to be paid individually.

- Visit to a battery research and production facility in Münster
- Visit to an advanced manufacturing and innovation centre in the Netherlands
- Joint dinner and networking opportunity

- Visit to an industrial energy and climat transformation site
- Visit to a chemical or industrial park

- Full-day participation at TECH.LAND Xperience
- Conference sessions, exhibition and networking
- Event ticket included for registered delegation participants

- Visit to a Dutch hydrogen innovation and energy transition hub
- Exchange with regional stakeholders and companies
